Future work
Where PrinceLite describes project delivery (of a single project), PrincePlus is the term used to describe the relationship between enterprise objectives, business goals, and the consequent definition of projects parcelled up into programmes. In future I will be putting more energy into the ideas around programme management. I am also intrigued by the increasing emphasis on 'governance' and want to understand exactly how governance activities directly affects project delivery succes.
Picking up on the work begun in my PhD, I want to return to the subject of procurement of 3rd party package solutions and how the ideas around unambiguous business requirements can aid successful COTS selection.
Of course, the intention is to write an accompanying book on the subject of PrinceLite. To that end this site and the downloads play an important part.
